WelcomeI am an assistant professor at Pepperdine University. My research focuses on the macroeconomic consequences of poverty and inequality. Most recently I have been focusing on how heterogenous preferences drive inequality and how economic conditions in developing countries determine firm formation and operation. My B.A. is from the University of California, Riverside (2009) and my Ph.D. is from the University of Oregon (2014)
